What is the default dimensions for Windows 10 login images? I'm trying to fill a image in its full entirety within the circumference

Which login screen background are you trying to change on the computer? Is it the User Login Screen or the System Login Screen?

i believe it is the User Login Screen. What do you mean by System Login Screen? I want to insert an image and its entirety inside the given circumference which is above the text box for submitting user credentials

Not sure that you can. I believe the software crops it based on what it perseves is in the image. So it will see a face and try to crop appropriately.
