What is SyncEngine?

I reset my wife's laptop, windows 10, which I have done several times in the past. It had gotten buggy because of things she had downloaded. When the machine was back up it seemed fine except for 9 files on the desktop. The files are named SyncEngine. Property view shows them to be from 2KB to 23KBs in size and named ODLGZ files. I was almost going to delete them but I thought that might cause some problems.

What are these files and can I delete them without causing a problem? This is the first time I have seen them after a reset. I need help.
