Optimizer Pro is a 'pc tune up' type of program.  Though not malware per se it is basically a scam and potentially dangerous.  UnInstall it from Control Panel / Programs and Features.

I tried everything mentioned...then I was given this site..worked for me

http://malwaretips.com/blogs/pc-optimizer-pro-virus/

and then I followed the other downloads within that site     e.g.   ADWCLEANER

After it was done I got scared when my computer had no icons, it was totally blank except for my desktop pic....I hit ALT/CTRL/DEL (all at the same time)...then logged out and logged back in and it was fine
