Hello I have a question, after I resolved a problem of my PC, I reinstall AMD drivers and after it install it. In "Sound" a playback option called "Digital Audio (S/PDIF)" appears. What it do? And what thing can do with it?
Hello Nerlio,
I am Jaspreet Singh.
That device is for the optical audio port (also called S/PDIF port ) on your system.
Have a look at the attached image (in red square) for how it looks. It can be used in a similar manner to the 3.5mm jack that you plug in your speakers/headphones with audio devices that support that same port but it is very rarely used.
