What happened to my bell south email account? Can't access it.

I can not access my email account with bellsouth

1)      Which browser are you using to access bell south email account?

2)      Have you made any changes to the computer prior to the issue?

3)      Were you able to access before?

4)      What is the error message you get when you try to access bell south email account?

5)      How are you accessing the email?

6)      Are you using Internet explorer or the mail app to access the emails?

You cannot use the Mail App for POP mail like bell south. Use the Desktop browser instead. You can also install a mail program like Thunderbird.

After changing to windows 10 I no longer have access to my BellSouth email, why? What can I do to get it back?

This  is  Pat  Hodges.  How  come  I  cant  access  my  *** Email address is removed for privacy ***  email  account???????>?
