Hello, thanks for the reply, unfortunately I couldn't, proceed through the process since I have no storage to continue past the OneDrive step and i dont have the spare money to upgrade for more storage, its exceeded past 5GB. Is there another way to do this?

Hi Adam, thank you for that information, do you have other cloud storage to use? any cloud storage will do as long as you can share the logs and can be downloaded.
