My PC has been stuttering for months now, but not very frequently. Every now and I will put it in sleep mode so I will use it later or the next day, it will be fine but then later on my desktop will start stuttering. It stutters while im even running a game but the game doesn’t stutter at all and im starting to get tired of restarting my pc when it gets worse especially when I have an HDD boot drive (yes its my mistake for putting that as a boot) but yeah. My specs are rtx 4070 12GB, 32GB ddr4, ryzen 5 5600G, PSU Thermaltake (Gold) 600W, how can I stop the stuttering?

I understand the issue you have, nothing to worry I am here to help, and just to confirm can you still use the affected device? if so, I need to analyze the error, can you please check the System logs on the PC so that I can further examine what is the root cause of the issue?
To do this kindly follow the steps from this link:
