Were can i download USB2.0 camera driver version 6.2.9200.16420?

Hi, anybody can help me, my camera driver was accidentally uninstalled by my friend.. now I cant use my camera application cause it's asking to connect a camera. I tried to check on the Microsoft support but i failed to find any matching driver. I'm using Vaio e series 15136, windows8 SL, and I thing the manufacturer of the camera is Microsoft the version is 6.2.9200.16420.

1.      What is the model number of the camera?

2.      Are you referring to external camera?

 

If you are referring to external camera provided by Microsoft, you can download the drivers from the following link.

 

http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/en-in/downloads#webcam

 

If the drivers are not available, you may download the drivers from Windows Updates.

 

Check for drivers using Windows Update  

 

For any downloads from the manufacturer, refer to the link.

thank you Mr. Sharief K,... I have tried windows update already and it works. now i can use my camera app again... thanks again...

When I click on the link it asks me which webcam; how do I find which webcam is installed on my laptop?  I can't use the video, when i try it appears to be recording and yet says that there is an error with the camera.  I tried looking for an update but it says there are none (!) so I too thought about reinstalling
Could you advise where to find the webcam number please
