Wattpad in Windows 10

I'm trying to download Wattpad on Windows Store. I have Windows 10 on a laptop. The 'Get the app' button is there but unavailable for me to click. Downloading other apps seem to be fine, so is there a problem with the store or the app?
The version of Wattpad on the store is only available on Windows Phone. The developers have not updated it to take advantage of the technology that allows one app to used across all Windows devices yet.

so how can I download Wattpad on my laptop? cause I need to continue my story but I've just changing my laptop into HP Windows 10.... oh God would someone help me with it....

I would like to inform you that, it depends on the developers of the application, if they develop a version which be compatible on Windows pc platform. The developers of Wattpad have not yet released a pc version of the application for Windows platform. In case they do so in future, the application would be available on the Windows Store.
