OS: Windows 8
Browser: Internet Explorer 10 on Desktop

   Hi MichaelDa,

It seems that you’re having an issue with the “You tube” not playing  videos in Dual Screen.

I would suggest you to try running a video on the local media (Saved on the computer) and check if you face similar issue.

Please get back to us with information on What happens when you try to play video on local Media. In the meanwhile you may turn off the hardware acceleration in Internet Explorer 10 and check if that helps.

Steps to Turn off hardware acceleration:

1. Open Internet Explorer for the desktop.

2. Click the Tools button, and then tap or click Internet Options.

3. Click the Advanced tab, select Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering, and then tap or click OK.

4. You must close and reopen Internet Explorer for changes to take effect.

Also , I would ask you to please contact  with the administrator.

Give this a go; I’m confident you will find what you need here. But if you face any further issue please reply back to this post and I'll be happy to assist you further.
