Want to remove Toolbar EULA

Hi Trogdor1953,
You may try the below steps.
Step 1
1. Click Start >> Control Panel > > Programs >> Programs and features
2. Uninstall if you find Toolbar EULA
Step 2
1. Open internet explorer >> Tools >> internet options >> Programs
2. Click on manage add-ons
3. Select Toolbar EULA and click on disable.
Check the status.

You could make everyone's life easier if you disclosed what was EULA in the beginning.
Don't be skimpy when explaining your problem for solution.

The above is to start EULA toolbar from appearing from startup. If you really want to uninstall it, like the Moderators said, go to Programs and Features ( or Add and Remove ). It should be there.
