vulcan assertion line 390 error whenever i start up my laptop

hi there! i recently did a stupid thing, regretting downloading adobe creative cloud, and uninstalled it along with trying to permanently delete other adobe files on my computer. i am afraid that i deleted the wrong file, because every single time i start up my laptop the vulcan assertion error thing with line 390 pops up. how do i fix this? i'm severely stressed since this is happening at the wrong moment for me :")

sorry for bad english! i'm dutch and my english is usually great, but i'm just so incredibly stressed about this;;

Hi ShatteredHope

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .

1
Click the link below to download a small free utility that does not require installation

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/d...

When the file downloads, unzip it.

Depending on your system, run Autoruns or Autoruns64 as Administrator

In the search box in Autoruns, type adobe

Then, for any entry found for the Adobe CC applications, untick the entry

2
Restart your PC, if that popup still appears, re-install your video card device driver from the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website . . .
