Volume icon missing from taskbar after feature update to Windows 10, version 21H1

So,

I updated my windows with Feature update to Windows 10, version 21H1 and since then, I have a small empty space between my icons and language in my taskbar, so basically my I can only see two of three icons like network, sound and battery.

I have restarted my pc, restarted the explorer, tried turning icons on and off which I have demonstrated on the video, but still, one icon missing.

Here is the video as well:

Hello LaMpiR13, welcome to the Microsoft community my name is Luiz Cruz, I am a Windows 10 expert user and would be happy to help you;

I understand you're having a hard time getting the icons to appear on the taskbar;

In that case I recommend that you follow the instructions below:

Right-click on an empty spot on the taskbar and go to "Taskbar settings";
Click on "Select which icons appear on the taskbar" and activate the option "Always show all icons in the notification area";
Now go back to the previous screen and click on "Enable or disable system icons";
Select the icons that should appear on the taskbar;
Check that the icons are now displayed accordingly;

I hope I helped, see you soon!

Hi.

Thank you for the reply.

I don't want all icons to be displayed. I want to have three places for power, network and volume. As one can see on the video, the third place is empty at this moment.

The problem is that current third place is empty. I have an empty space at the moment which is not being shown. I cannot resize that area as well, even when I unlock my taskbar.

Dear LaMpiR13,in that case I recommend that you follow the instructions below:

Restart the PC;

Now in secure mode with network, proceed to the next instruction below:

Press the keys Ctrl + Shift + ESC, click on File;
Click Run new task.
Check the option Create this task with administrative privileges;
In the open field type cmd, then click OK.
Run the following commands:

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Confirm with Y and then Enter to schedule a disk scan. Restart the equipment and as soon as you finish, check if you agree.

Wait for the process to finish and restart the pc;

Check if the problem still exists;

I hope I helped, even more!

Hi.

Once again, thank you.

I have tried this, but no success. Here is the screenshot of it.

I have found where my icons are, but the place where they are displayed is simply smaller. It shows only two icons instead of all that are put there.

I can move all other icons to the are where there is now network, power and volume, but still my first icon is hidden.

Here is the new video as well: https://vukovic.link/GanGi6

Please watch the last video as well.

If anybody has any additional ideas, it would be very helpful :)

The problem is back. Tried this at the end of a video, and nothing. I still have empty space between an icon and language in the taskbar.
