video dxgkrnl fatal error

I have an acer nitro 5, my laptop can't detect my graphics card so updating it is impossible, I also tried updating it manually, but it says it can't update without graphics card.
But it gets detected totally random whenever i restart my laptop, but after 3-4 minutes I received this blue screen.

It all started while I'm playing a game. Please help I basically can't do anything.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today, my timezone is UTC +8.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, based on the error you have, there is a miscalibration with your Nvidia GPU driver, in this case, we need to run a Clean installation of the Nvidia driver, this is different from doing DDU or updating the driver as this will remove all entries and replace them with compatible ones, kindly follow the steps from the link below:

Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.

Additional note: If the issue persists, I suggest removing the GPU and placing it into another PCIe port available, however, if all fails, I suggest contacting a local technician to physically check the device for any hardware-related issues.

Let me know how it goes and I hope that helps.

Bernard

Hello, thank you for your help, I was able to install the latest driver using the geforce experience. After that around 3-4 mins i had the blue screen again, I also tried doing the manual installation but this one pops up.
I also tried contacting a local repair shop for laptops and I just explained to them what my problem was, and they concluded that I have to replace something in my system, I'm not sure if it was the gpu and they said it will cost me 18000 in pesos and it could be a lot higher. I'm skeptical because they didn't check my laptop at all.

Hi, thank you so much for that information, just to confirm, have you done a clean installation of the display driver? because it is different from installing the latest driver, as it will remove the previous version and install the compatible one.

In addition, before concluding that there is a hardware problem, we need to make sure that there are no drivers or software issues on the PC and do troubleshooting steps. I also agree that the price is high and should check the PC first.

For us to sort out any software-related issues and if you have done the clean installation of the GPU, kindly follow the steps below:

Method 1. Do clean boot:
A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.

- In the search box on the taskbar, type msconfig and select System Configuration from the results.

- On the Services tab of System Configuration, select Hide all Microsoft services, and then select Disable all.

- On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select Open Task Manager.

- Under Startup in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then select Disable.

- Close Task Manager.

- On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select OK. When you restart the computer, it's in a clean boot environment.

If none will work from the above solution, I suggest doing an in-place upgrade wherein it will upgrade the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.

Note: If the issue persists, I suggest contacting a local technician to physically check the device for any hardware-related issues.

But when im not charging it works completely fine. Any thoughts on this?

I'll take back what I said, the moment i tried to play games it goes on blue screen again. :(
