Users and Documents & Setting files have same files in windows 10!!!

Both the Users and Documents & Settings folders seem to have exact same files in them and deleting files in one automatically deletes in other too. Is there any way to delete files in only one of these as it is taking too much of space in C drive?

The folder "Users and Documents" is, in fact, a "junction point", or, in other words, a sign post. It points at the "Users" folder and is included for legacy reasons. It consumes no space at all because it it is not a real folder, just a pointer.

The Documents and Settings folder went away with Windows Vista, It is now just a symbolic link to the C:\Users folder so, naturally, you'll see the same contents because they;re the same folder.
