USB WINDOWS 10 AND WINDOWS 11 BUG - 18-DEC-2023

Hello team.

I have tried everything to detect my mouse RIVAL 3 WIRELESS Steelseries. I mean my 3 mouses and no of them is working!

Yesterday was working ok. Today stop completely.

- I uninstall all drivers usb/Bluetooth and install again.

- No windows updates, also I did not see windows for the last 2 weeks or so.

- Battery are brand new

- tried in 2 brand new PCs and my personal PC

- No sign of life nothing

- I put the USB, see the Rival but does not flash any light.

- GG software does not detect it either

- Tested in Windows 11 also, no mouse

- updated to the latest drivers in the official webpage ACER!

There are 2 options here:

1. Microsoft Windows BUG somehow

2. Mouse is gone! See below I asked assistance for my laptop in the forum and not hope. https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/696939/nitro-5-does-not-recognize-mouse-wireless/p1?new=1

Any update recently that impact USB/Drivers or something similar?!

Hi Luiz Canguini,

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

If the device has not had any recent system updates, the remaining possibilities point to the driver (e.g. driver compatibility conflict or misconfigured driver parameters) or the hardware itself.
