Hello Dazaney, welcome to the Microsoft community!

I would like to confirm with you that since the details you have described are rather scarce

So I would like to confirm with you when this issue is occurring

Method 1: According to the logs you uploaded, this is an issue that we have recently encountered with some users experiencing the same issue.

So, we suggest you to try clicking on the windows key

Search and go to Device Manager and find “Universal Serial Bus Controller”.

Right click on all the USB drivers listed there.

Turn off power saving mode under the “Power Management” tab.

Uncheck the “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” box.

Then click “OK”.

See if this solves your problem!

Method 2: Disable the USB selective pause setting:

Open the Control Panel and select “Power Options”.

Click on “Change schedule settings” next to the current power schedule.

Select “Change Advanced Power Settings”.

Expand “USB Settings” and then “USB Selective Suspend Settings”.

Set both “Use Battery” and “Power On” to “Disabled” and click “OK”.

Other than that, you can try to go to the official website of the computer brand.

Try updating the chipset driver for your motherboard.

This could be a driver problem.

I hope the above information is helpful.
