USB 2.0 Video Capture Device

I have an EasyCap USB video capture device, which has worked beautifully with XP and Windows 7. Now with Windows 10 I can't get it to work. How does one set up scheduled recording of video with Windows 10? Are there any devices with drivers for 10?

Regards..Frustrated.
