Upgrading Windows From Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit to Windows 10 Home

I couldn't find this anywhere on the site and it's been making me pend whether or not to upgrade. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit, and I have been considering upgrading, but I am afraid of what would happen to my previous version of Windows. What I'm trying to say is that I built my own system and I have an OEM Key from the Windows 7 Disc I have.
1. Does upgrading prevent me from using or booting my old version of Windows on the same Hard Drive or a different one after an upgrade? (Am I allowed to Dual Boot These Two Operating Systems)?

My Current System (Not going to go insane with the details here):
4 Tb Hard Drive (UEFI Boot for Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit)
1 TB Hard Drive
Asrock B85 Anniversary Motherboard
16 Gigabytes of DDR3
Nvidia Geforce GTX 970

Intel i7 4790k @ 4 GHz

Answer
Answer
When you state the license is consumed into it, I assume that means I can no longer can install Windows 7 onto my hard drive or another hard drive with this motherboard which has the OEM version of Windows (ASROCK B85 Anniversary) and I am forced to use Windows 10. Is this what you mean by consume? A simple yes or no will do.

Yes
