"Unverified App: Change Your App Recommendation Settings"

Hey i need some help, i'm trying my best to change my app recommendation settings and it isn't their and i've went to see if i'm in S mode and i'm not? Im completely updated and not in S mode but the option to change the settings isn't their at all. Does any body gave an idea for what to do?

Hello,

If you're on Windows 10 V1903 or later, you can allow or prevent unverified apps.

Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features.

In the right pane of Apps & features, under Choose where to get apps, select Anywhere option.

This will then allow you to install non Microsoft Store apps. 

NOTE: If you set the option to The Microsoft Store only (recommended), the issue mentioned by OP will occur.
