Unknown software exception (0xe0434352) in application location 0x00007FFD112E3B29

My wife has an ASUS Vivobook, model S532F.  On boot it displays the above error about 50% the time and prevents continuing to the password screen.  The only option is to turn off the machine (fortunately this machine has a power off option available on initial boot screen).  Most of the time after shutting down it will boot properly.  BUT this is a bit of a pain, and I wonder if this will become a greater problem in the fufure.

According to the MY ASUS application, the machine is current on all drivers and updates.

Jose thanks for the prompt response, however there seems to be a server error.  When going to the link for the tools I get the following error on the web page: 

CV: bcWACepLRkqO9KO1.8, i tried it on my other laptop and get

CV: yY2VRgEOmkylbA8i.8 I will try later and let you know the results.

The instructions are:

1. Run CMD as administrator.
To do this, click Start, type Command Prompt or cmd in the Search box, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow.

2. Run DISM on CMD.
Type the following command, and then press Enter.
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

Important: When you run this command, DISM uses Windows Update to provide the files that are required to fix corruptions.

3. Run SFC on CMD.
At the command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:

sfc /scannow
