Well that will be very hard and will not be all in one place due to Microsoft's security needs. You can try using Bing or Google as needed.
Use these methods to try to determine what it is. Especially in Process Explorer use Options - Virus Total and check both boxes and follow the prompt to the agreement. After the agreement double check both are still checked.
On any process you can click on it - Image tab and use "VirusTotal - Submit". And there is added information available on those tabs.
Try the Clean Boot method to see if a startup program is involved - if so it is a process of elimination : If it is not in the Boot Process it must be something that you are running that is causing the Firewall notice.
Right Click the start button - Command Prompt (Admin) OR Windows PowerShell (Admin) - at the prompt type in
MSCONFIG
and hit enter
