Unexplained High Memory Usage

Hello and thank you for reading this post. Recently My PC has been experiencing a very high amount of Memory usage (up to 99%). This came out of nowhere and hasn't gone away. The problem only occurs when I leave the PC alone for about 30-45 min. I could be using the PC for hours and nothing would happen. It's only once I stop using the computer that the problem happens. I have tried everything in my power to resolve this issue. I have run Virus scans, Malwarebytes, Changed my virtual memory, disabled superfetch and windows search, updating my drivers, and changed the Ndu start value but nothing has fixed this problem. If anyone can please tell me what is wrong and what to do it would be greatly appreciated.

Which you can look at with Winkey+X or right click the start button and Control panel,

Security and maintenance

Click the down arrow for Maintenance

Then Change M.... settings

If you shut down your machine at night like most people it may never run at 2:00am

Do you have "Task Manager" screenshots about the high memory usage?

Ok, next time the problem occurs I will take a screenshot. I was wondering if this problem could be because of my upgrade to Windows 10. I have not downloaded any recent files or software since I upgraded my OS about a month ago, and this problem started about a week ago. Ever since I bought my PC it was running on windows 7, could it be that my hardware simply isn't compactable with Windows 10, and if so would downgrading back to windows 7 fix this problem?

For now here is a screenshot of what my PC looks like normally.

The biggest memory user is not shown on this task manager screen. Please order the application list by memory usage.

On this screen click to "Memory".

How much installed memory do you have ?

CPU usage looks okay seems you might need to add more ram :/

Or see if there is way too much in hardware reserved in resource monitor = ram or memory section.
