Answer
Hi,

1. Do you get this error when tried to go online?

We recommend you to check "Dial-up and Virtual Private Network settings". To check, follow these steps.
a. Click Start, type inetcpl.cpl and hit enter.
b. In "Internet Options" window, click Connections tab.
c. Under "Dial-up and Virtual Private Network settings", select the item and remove it.
d. Under "Choose Settings if you need to configure a proxy server for a connection", select "Never dial a connection".
e. Click "Set default" button.
f. Click Apply and then ok.

Make sure the settings are the same on the other computer or apply the same settings on the problem computer.

Hope this helps.

Syed
