Unable to unlock the phone screen from my PC.

I've was using the "Phone Link" app on my computer which lets me mirror my phone on my computer and enabled me to unlock the phone screen from my PC. However, I'm no longer able to unlock from the PC and it is showing a black screen instead of the pattern lock. Can anyone tell me how to resolve this issue?

I’m sorry that you are experiencing this issue. Unfortunately, the phone link app does not support iPhones to open screens on Windows. You can check the list of phones that support phone links to open the screen at the link below.

Hello thanks for the reply. Actually, the phone that I used is Samsung note 10. It says iPhone because the previous phone was an iPhone, so it accidently says that it's an iPhone when using any phone.

Please Go to Settings (Win+I) > Apps > Installed apps > Find Phone Link app > Click on the dots and choose Advanced options.

Scroll down and click on Reset. Open the phone link app to see if the issue persists.
