Hi! Pradyumma

I'm James, An Independent Advisor, and I will help you with this issue

I suggest you to start with safe mode and check if it helps.

Follow the steps:

1. Press and hold the Shift key from the Keyboard and click on Power button.

2. Click on Restart and try to enter the Safe mode.

3. Now try to start your computer in Safe mode from the Windows Recovery Environment.

Once you have entered into the Safe mode then, open Command Prompt and enable Built in Administrator.

Follow the steps to enable Built in Administrator:

1. Open Command Prompt from Windows Recovery Environment.

2. Copy and paste the below command and press Enter.

net user administrator /active:yes

3. Close the Command Prompt.

4. Try to log in though Built in Administrator and change the password or you can create a new user account.

In case that didn't work lets try with run the Startup Repair tool

1. Turn off your device, then press the power button to turn it back on. As soon as you see that Windows 10 is starting, hold the power button until your device shuts down again. Repeat this process until you enter the Startup Repair tool.

2. When in the Startup Repair tool interface, you should see the “Choose an option” page.

3. Navigate through Troubleshoot → Advanced options → Automatic repair. It may also be listed as “Startup repair.”

4. Wait for the process to finish and try to log into your Windows 10 system again.

If you need more help with this issue, just let me know and I will help you.
