We can imagine how difficult it could be and we truly appreciate for the details, time and effort that you have taken to work on this issue. However, we would need some more information regarding the issue.
Method 1: Try with On-screen keyboard.
From the login page, click on the Ease
of access icon. Select On-Screen keyboard and try to type the password. If this doesn’t work, follow the method 2.
Method 2: Modify registry.
Note: Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For added protection, back up the registry
before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. To backup and restore registry key, refer Microsoft article on
How to back up and restore the registry in Windows.

Tap on Windows
and R key at the same time on the keyboard.

Type: regedit

Navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Keyboard

Now in the right pane, double click on "InitialKeyboardIndicators".

Change its value to: 0

Exit registry editor and restart your system to take effect.
