"Unable to start a DCOM Server" Error

I have hundred of this error when I start my computer:

Unable to start a DCOM Server: MicrosoftWindows.Client.CBS_1000.22000.258.0_x64__cw5n1h2txyewy!InputApp as Unavailable/Unavailable. The error:

"2147958023"

Happened while starting this command:

"C:\Windows\SystemApps\MicrosoftWindows.Client.CBS_cw5n1h2txyewy\TextInputHost.exe" -ServerName:InputApp.AppXjd5de1g66v206tj52m9d0dtpppx4cgpn.mca

Can someone help telling me what happen and how to fix this?

 Try the following steps please:

 

 Right click Start Menu>Windows PowerShell(Admin) and insert the command below

 

Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

 

 After insert the command, press Enter. Reboot your device and check.
