Hello there! I am Charity, I'm an Independent Advisor. I'm glad to help you today!
I'm really sorry that this has happened to you, please try resetting the Quick Access settings:
Open File Explorer.
Go to the View tab, then select Options > Change folder and search options.
In the General tab, click Clear next to "Clear File Explorer history."
Also, if the file is located on a network drive, an external drive, or synced with a cloud service like Dropbox (as your file path suggests), ensure that the drive or cloud service is properly connected and the file is accessible.
Please let me know if this works for you. I'll do my best to respond as soon as possible.
Kind Regards,
Charity
