Unable to launch Roblox application

I've had this issue for awhile where I start Roblox, then it immediately stops or crashes. so far I've tried to uninstall multiple times, update gpu drivers and windows 10, clear local cache, clearing browser data, turning firewalls off, downloading and launching from xbox app, updating my time zone and time which was incorrect ,and clearing some storage. I own Logitech steering wheel but its unplugged and hasn't ever caused a issue. I reckon its something my computer is causing but I just don't know what. This issue is pretty frustrating and the solutions online aren't working so any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,LukeTheBest

Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

Understand that you are experiencing an issue that prevents you from launching the Roblox app. You have tried many of the common workarounds and the issue is still not resolved. For your issue, you can also refer to the following methods, which can be ignored if tried:

Some permission issues may prevent Roblox from starting properly. You can try running Roblox as administrator.

Use the System File Checker (SFC) that comes with Windows to repair system files.

Press Win + X and select Command Prompt (Administrator) or Windows PowerShell (Administrator).

Type the following command at the command prompt and press Enter:

sfc /scannow

Wait for the scanning and repair process to complete. If problems are found, the system will try to fix them.

Windows 10 and 11 offer a “Game Mode”, but sometimes it may cause incompatibility with some games. You can try to turn off this mode.

Open Settings and select Games.

Select Game Mode in the left menu and turn it off.

The Windows system log may provide more information about the crash. You can check for Roblox-related error logs through the Event Viewer.

Press Win + X and select Event Viewer.

In the Event Viewer, select Windows Logs -> Applications.

Look for Roblox-related error logs to see specific information about the crash.

If the problem persists, it may be necessary to contact Roblox Technical Support further to see if any patches or updates have been released.
