Hi,

It appears you have Windows 10 in S mode. HP Charges a certain amount to get out of S mode to normal Windows 10 without S mode.

You can switch to Windows 10 Pro any time through the Windows Store. It is purchased and paid for through the Windows Store. To learn more or switch to Windows 10 Pro, go to the Windows Store and search for Windows 10 Pro.
If you want to go back to Windows 10 in S mode after upgrading to Windows 10 Pro, perform a system reset. For more information, go to Resetting Your Computer (Windows 10).

Hi rameshp_wp

Open the Settings App, go to System - About

What Edition of Windows 10 is reported there, is that Windows 10 S

If so you need to switch out of S Mode (it is free to do so):

Open the Settings App

Go to Update and Security - Activation

In the Switch to Windows 10 Home or Switch to Windows 10 Pro section, select Go to the Store. (If you also see an "Upgrade your edition of Windows" section, be careful not to click the "Go to the Store" link that appears there.)

On the Switch out of S mode (or similar) page that appears in the Microsoft Store, select the Get button.

After you see a confirmation message on the page, you'll be able to install apps from outside of the Microsoft Store.

Hi,

As Windows 10 S requires apps only from the Store, you need not to have one. Store apps do not have malware.
