To have clarity on this issue and guide you accordingly, kindly help us with the following information.
The issue could be due to the corrupt Store cache.
Ideally, when you click on the ellipsis (3 dots) next to the
Install option, you should get an option Install on this device. You may want to check the same.
However, if the issue persists, I suggest you to Reset the Microsoft Store
cache and see if it helps.

Sign out of Microsoft Store and exit the Store.

Press ‘Windows + R’ keys on the keyboard together to open the Run dialog box and type the following into the Run box:
wsreset.exe

Wait until the command is executed and Store launches automatically.

Once the Store is launched, sign-in into the same to see if it works.
