Unable to Enable Windows Sandbox

I am unable to enable Windows Sandbox on a new Dell PC I just got. I have virtualization enabled in the BIOS and have enabled Hyper-V with no problem. However, when I enable Windows Sandbox, the set up appears to go fine (asks for a reboot and "Customizing features for you. You're xxx% there. Please keep your computer on." However, the computer freezes at some point at 100%. I have let it sit overnight to make sure it was hung. If I force the computer off and turn it on again, the same things happens over again, freezing at 100%. If I reboot to safe mode, it undoes the operations and I am back to normal, but still no Windows Sandbox. I have tried several clean installs from the system image with the same result. Answer
Please do the following. This would ensure you download a new Media from Microsoft. The Windows Reset, and System restore both of the media is likely local and old.

Please try a repair install as the next step. It keeps everything, including apps and files, and reinstalls Windows.
