Unable to download and use McAfee removal tool; Windows 10 stops me by redirecting me to find an app at the Microsoft store. None exists.

Recently, I have written about a problem with McAffee AddIn that caused Outlook to crash.  The problem has been partially resolved.  However, my efforts to just get rid of the McAffee LiveSafe  have been frustrating.  I have tried to uninstall the program using Windows Settings, Control Panel to no avail.  It is a preinstalled program that came with my Dell 2-in-1 tablet/laptop.  I tried to download McAffee removal tool and that did not work.  I have been stopped by a prompt telling me to use apps from the Microsoft store.  I could not find anything.  I will appreciate any help I can get.
Answer
Answer
Option 1:

Click Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features
Under Installing apps, click in the list box, click 'Allow apps from anywhere'

If that option is not available:

Option 2:

Upgrade your installation to Windows 10 Pro from Windows 10 S

You can then try using the removal tool to uninstall McAfee.

If that still does not work, try using revouninstaller to remove it if you are able to install it:
