Hey, I am unable to connect to my home WiFi network using my laptop. For some reason, the WiFi network is not detected in the laptop. All the other devices in the house ( multiple phones, laptops and tablets) have no issue discovering or connecting the said WiFi network. I tried connecting to my mobile hotspot and it works. The laptop has trouble only to connect to this particular home network. I have tried reinstalling the network drivers but no change. Can someone pls help on how else to tackle this issue?

I'll be asking a few questions so I can have a better idea what solutions to provide.
When was the last time it worked properly? Have you made any changes to your computer recently? Have you tried restarting your ISP modem router then check if the issue persists?
What is the exact make and model of your computer?
Press Windows key+R to open Run then type: msinfo32
Press Enter

Hi John!
Thank you for taking time to help me out.
This is my old laptop which I stopped using for a while. So I can't recall when it last worked but it would be quite some time (north of 6 months). After that, I got my RAM increased like 4 months back. And did a windows update 3 days ago. I have tried restarted both, the router and my PC after all the network device reinstalls.
Here are my device details: -

Hi John,
I had already tried the same, but upon your suggestion, I tried it again and had no luck. One random thing that I found is, whenever I move to a new location, the wifi network is detected and when I try to connect to it, it gives an error "Can't connect to the network" and just disappears from the list. This is a very strange behavior. Since the driver is updated I doubt its a software related issue. Can it be a hardware issue?
