Unable to connect any other network / wifi

Hello,
I'm having troubles connecting to Hotel WiFi on of my Windows 10 machines. I can connect on computer to home network, including a mobile 4G+ hotspot. However, I cannot connect to all hotel WiFi. I have travelling to many countries for business and I can connect all my devices with Hotel WiFi but unable to connect to WiFi on this device. I have already talked with Hotel WiFi and they told me that there was no restrictions from there end. I can connect my Home wifi and my mobile hotspot to this computer but not others.

I ran SFC /scannow, windows updates, removed and reinstalled the wifi drivers from its manufacturer website, reset the network from windows 10 settings> network and internet then network reset
I have already checked on other user profile, I have already performed :
netsh winsock reset

     netsh int ip reset
     netsh advfirewall reset
   ipconfig / flushdns
    ipconfig / release
    ipconfig / renew
then restarted computer. It is not helping at all.
Please help

1) Is the hotel's WiFi network detected by your pc?

2) What is the error message you get from Windows when you try to connect to the hotel's WiFi network?

3) Do you connect via the 2.4 or 5 GHz network? Connection is not possible in both modes?

What is the exact model of your WiFi adapter?

1)Is the hotel's WiFi network detected by your pc? Yes, it is visible on my Laptop(surface pro 4)
2) What is the error message you get from Windows when you try to connect to the hotel's WiFi network? There is no error message. It just disconnect the Internet and will not connect to that WiFi network.

3) Do you connect via the 2.4 or 5 GHz network? Connection is not possible in both modes? It is only 2.4 GHz network

It is inbuilt wifi in the laptop marvell avastar wireless AC network controller

Go to Settings> Network and Internet> Wi-Fi, click on Manage known networks on the side, remove all stored wireless network profiles. Reconnect to the hotel's WiFi network by correctly re-entering the WiFi password.

If the problem persists, go to the advanced properties of the Wireless network card, search for Band, make sure it is set to AUTO.

Specify what is your Firewall / Antivirus in use.

I have already tried removing all stored wireless network profiles and then reconnect but it was not working.
There is no BAND option in advanced properties of the Wireless network card.
I am using Norton as AntiVirus. I have already removed Norton from my device and disable Windows Firewall too then also facing the same problem.

Go to the advanced properties of the wireless network card, post a full screenshot of all available properties.

Connect to the Hotel WiFi network then run the Troubleshooter:

Settings> Update & Security> Troubleshoot> Additional troubleshooters> Get up and running> Internet connections. Follow the instructions.

Post a screenshot of the Windows result.
