Unable to access cogeco.ca website

I have been a cogeco.ca paying member for several years. I have a new HP laptop and I can not connect to my cogeco webmail account. Help please

My hotmail and gmail accounts work perfectly. Cogeco can only suggest a home visit.

2. Which browser are you using to access the website?

3. Is there any error code or error message, while accessing the website?
