TV Tuner Card not working in Windows 10

Please uninstall the TV tuner card and then install it in compatibility mode and check.

Please follow the steps to uninstall the drivers from Device Manager:

a. Press Windows + R.

b. Type devmgmt.msc and press Enter

c. In Device manager search for the device, right click on it and select the option uninstall.

d. Restart the computer and check.

Once you have completed the steps, we suggest you to download and install the latest driver from the manufacturer’s website in compatibility mode and check if it helps.
After you have downloaded the driver:
   a) Right-click on the setup file of the driver and select "Properties".
   b) Select "Compatibility" Tab.
   c) Place a check mark next to "Run this program in Compatibility mode" and  
       select the operating system accordingly from the drop down list.
   d) Let the driver install and then check the functionality

I had a similar problem. I tried to update drivers several times and Windows wouldn't change it. What I did in the end was to download the new driver, then in Device Manager uninstalled the device.

When I re-booted, Windows found the card and the new driver I had downloaded and installed it. The card then started working correctly.

Ok,

I ordered WinTVv8 from Hauppauge...got it today and installed it.

It located all the Spanish Channels above 13, however it did not locate any of the local channels, i.e. 2,4,5,7,13, which are the ones I need.

Any ideas?

Had to order WinTV 8 ($9.95), received the new software and it worked, however can not receive any of the local channels.  All the channels above 13 work fine, can't receive channels below 13.
