Hi Kaloyan,
To resolve this problem, use one of the following methods. For these methods to work, you must be logged on to your computer by using a computer administrator user account.
Method 1: Run the System File Checker (SFC.exe) tool with the sfc /scannow command
The sfc /scannow command scans all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with correct Microsoft versions.
Steps:
a. Press "Windows Key + S".
b. Type SFC in search box.
c. Right click SFC and select "Run as administrator".
Post with the SFC scab result.
After you run System File Checker, try to turn Windows features off and on to see if the problem is resolved.
Method 2: Perform a system restore
Performing a system restore returns system files and settings to a previously non-corrupted state.
How to restore, refresh, or reset your PC
Ignore Refresh and Reset from the above article.
You may check the event log details related to the issue and provide us the same.
Event logs are special files that record significant events on your computer, such as when a user logs on to the computer or when a program encounters an error. Whenever these types of events occur, Windows records the event in an event log that you can read by using Event Viewer. Advanced users might find the details in event logs helpful when troubleshooting problems with Windows and other programs.
To do the same, please follow these steps:
a. Hold Windows key + X
b. Select Event Viewer.
Please post with the issue status and the required information.

Method 1: Run Windows update troubleshooter (if you have not run already)
a. Open Search by swiping in from the right edge of the screen (or if you're using a mouse, pointing to the upper-right corner of the screen and moving the mouse pointer down), and then tapping or clicking Search.
b. Tap or click Settings and type troubleshooting in the text box.
c. Tap or click Troubleshooting from the list of results.
d. Tap or click Fix problems with Windows Update, click Next and follow the instructions.
and here's the result:
that would mean the problem is found and fixed, and no more, right?

Hi Kaloyan,
If you receive Windows Update error 8024200d, it can mean that an update did not finish downloading or installing.
Yes, that means issue is found and fixed.
