Turn off Caps Lock notice on screen

Is there a way to turn this off this notice for Caps Lock:

That is not a function that is part of Windows. It is contained in software provided by either the computer or the keyboard manufacturer.

I have a Logitech keyboard and it provides the Caps lock notice. It also allows the ability to turn it off.

What computer or keyboard do you have?

In order for me to answer that, please tell us what brand computer or keyboard do you have?

Did you get the keyboard separately or did it come with the computer?
