TTS Voices: English In Other Accents?

I wonder, is there a way to make voices of foreign languages speak English without it sounding like "broken English"? For example, English with a Japanese accent? Or maybe even a Dutch or a German accent? Here's an example. English with a German accent: Airport Announcements 2017 (youtube.com)

This is still not possible at the time being and for this I would suggest is for you to send a feedback to the team that is working on Windows in general via the Feedback Hub app by pressing Windows key + F and this should launch the app and hopefully this will be available in the future.

I'm actually looking for this to be available on the list of online voices as in Bing Translator.

I see, in this case you will need to send a feedback to the Bing team regarding this via the translator website and then click on Feedback at the bottom of the page and fill it out from there under Suggest and hopefully this will become available sooner or later.

I've done that recently, but no one has commented yet. I've even sent an email to Bing Translator's support center, but no one has answered there either.
