Tripeaks Solitaire Won't Load - Keeps Corrupting Store Cache

It stopped working about a month ago. It's the only game in the solitaire collection that won't load. I can still play the others without a problem. I read through some of these threads and downloaded the store app troubleshooter. It says that it has found a corrupted cache then confirms that it fixed it. When I reboot the computer, it works for one game then kicks me out and it won't load again.

There are several reasons why you are unable to play Tripeaks on Microsoft Solitaire Collection. There are possibilities that the game is corrupted. To resolve your concern, you can perform the following solutions on your computer:

Solution 1. Run the troubleshooter for Windows Apps on your computer by clicking the run troubleshooter button on this link

 

Solution 2. Reset Windows Store to clear store cache. 

  1. Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.     
  2. Click on Command prompt (Admin).     
  3. Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.     

Solution 3. Reset the game from the Settings menu. This process can help restore corrupted game installation files.

  1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard, and then click Settings.
  2. Select System, and then select Apps & features
  3. Find the game, and then click on Advanced options.
  4. Click Reset.
  5. Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

Solution 4. Remove temporary files.

Temporary files are automatically deleted after exiting an application or a game. However, restarting your computer without exiting an active Windows session won't delete temporary files. These files may cause issues running games on Windows 10.  

  1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard, and then click Settings.
  2. Select System, and then select Storage
  3. Select This PC and click on Temporary files
  4. Select Temporary files
  5. Click Remove files
  6. Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
