Tried to Rollback WIndows 10 Update, Stuck in Blue Screen Error restart loop

I was forced to take an update to Windows 10.

After the update, I get a black screen with only the mouse cursor.

I went in repair mode which didn't fix it, so I decided to roll back to the previous version.

Now my computer is stuck in a loop!

I see the Window symbol, circling dots, I see a quick message "Preparing to restore Windows" across the bottom, but then I get the Blue Screen with stopcode 0xc000021a, it restarts and the same things keeps happening over and over.

I tried to force shutdown to get back into troubleshooting, but no matter how many times, I cannot get back to it.

I need help to get into safemode or troubleshooting.

ANY suggestion will be appreciated, i will try anything!!!
