Touchpad no longer working on my Samsung Notebook Odyssey

I've been looking all over the place for an answer to this problem so I figured that I would try here as a last resort. Basically, my touchpad no longer works. When I plug in a USB mouse, my cursor is brought back. The driver for the touchpad is the latest version except it brings up an "This device cannot start Code 10) message. I've tried deleting the driver, disabling it, and even reinstalling another touchpad driver. I've checked the BIOS, everything is fine there. It seems to be an issue with the driver, except I cannot find any drivers online made for a Samsung Notebook Odyssey. I'm not quite sure what else to try, most likely if you're thinking of it I've probably tried it and to no avail.
Hi supercooper54
Greetings! I am Vijay, an Independent Advisor. To diagnose the issue, I would request you to provide following information -

A. Windows Key+r > Type msinfo32.exe and Enter > Post the image here
B. Also Windows key+x > Device manager > View (on top) > Show hidden devices > Double click on your touchpad driver to open Properties > Driver tab > Post the screenshot.

Sure, no problem

Here is the system info screenshot

And here is the driver information screenshot. I'm almost certain that this is the driver. I have tried checking for updates but it says that I have the latest version installed. I cannot roll it back as seen below.

And then here is the error in case I didn't describe it well.

Samsung offers almost not driver for this model. I would suggest that you should contact this laptop's support to see if they have any recommendation.

That's what I've been coming to realize as well. Do you think this could be fixed with a windows update or is the only way to fix it getting/updating the driver?

Did you ever get a fix for this problem? This issue arose for me as well around the same time as you and i was wondering if you ever got it fixed.

Sorry for the late reply, but no unfortunately I have not found a fix for the problem. I am going to be selling that laptop and I will be resetting windows 10 back to its factory default and deleting all of my data. I'll let you know if that fixes the problem. I would hope so, because its a big pain
