Hi Farhan
My name is Andre Da Costa; an Independent Consultant, Windows Insider MVP and Windows & Devices for IT MVP. I'm here to help you with your problem.
You potentially might need to send it in for servicing, since this sometimes happens with Touch Screens and only the manufacturer can fix it.
Press Windows key + X
Click Device Manager
Click Machine name at the top
Click the Action menu then scan for hardware changes then check if it shows up in the device tree.
Select Monitors and press-and-hold (or right click) on the name of your monitor. If one of the menu items is enable, choose that.
Repeat step four and then choose Update driver software from the right-click menu.
Also, expand Human Interface Devices
Right click HID Compliant Touch Screen
Right click it and make sure it is enabled
Right click it again then click Update driver software from the right-click menu.
Open Start, type: regedit
Right click regedit
Click Run as administrator
Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Wisp\Touch
Change the TouchGate value to '1'
Exit then restart.
Other things you can try....
In the Search box, type calibrate.
Touch or click Calibrate the screen for pen or touch input in the list of programs.
Touch or click the Calibrate button.
You will be asked to touch the crosshair on the screen each time it moves across or down the screen.
Touch or click Yes to save the calibration data.
Touch or click OK.
If you have the Lenovo's "Write It" app installed, remove it then try again.
Best regards,
Andre Da Costa
