i am not able to download any app from window store

Please answer the below questions for me.

  • Are you using any proxy connection on the computer?

  • Does it happen with all the app?

  • Are you using any third party antivirus program?

This issue may occur if proxy is enabled on the computer. Follow this methods and check if it helps:

Method 1: Disable Proxy connections.

  • Press "Windows key + R" and type "inetcpl.cpl" and press enter.

  • Click the Connections tab, and then click LAN settings.

  • Uncheck the option “Use a Proxy Server for your LAN”.

  • Click "Apply" and "OK" to save changes.

Method 2: Run Windows App Troubleshooter

yes i am using a proxy connection

yes this problem is for all apps

yes i have mcafee antivirus

i ran the troubleshooter but it couldn't find the problem

the problem still persists
