This PC doesn't currently meet Windows 11 system requirements.

Hi name is Mohamed Abdiweli, I have tried so many times to update the current Windows 11 of my laptop. this is my computer information

Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz 2.42 GHz

Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable)

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

If I tried to update it doesn't work and finally, I got this message: This PC doesn't currently meet Windows 11 system requirements.

Please advise and help me.

Hello Mohamed, this is Emily.

Have you ever run the PC Health Check app? If you do, it should provide additional as far as what exactly is not meeting the requirement.

If you have already run it and it passed, then a few important things to check:

1. Make sure you have TPM 2.0 enabled.

2. Secured boot is enabled.

3. Your partition format is GPT.

If all of those are correctly set, manually download and install the BIOS from the compuer's manufacturer and see if that helps.

You could see if you may be able to update after using the method in the tutorial below to bypass Windows 11 system requirements.
