Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Your screenshot of the error you see when you start your PC did not come trough, if the Upload button is not working for you, please use Ctrl + V to paste the screenshot into your nest reply, so I can see the error you are referring to.

Thank you for the screenshot, that generally indicates a problem with some app that is set to start with Windows, but the actual app name is not listed.

Open File Explorer, then at the top, select View - Show - Hidden Items to temporarily turn on Hidden Items.

Then in File Explorer, navigate to this folder.

C:\Users\corp_\AppData\Local\Programs\Highligh

Please provide a screenshot of the contents of that folder.

That seems to be some software named Highlight, I have not seen that previously.

Open Task Manager, then go to the Startup tab, is there an app named Highlight set to start with Windows?

Disable that on the Startup tab and restart your PC to see if that stops the startup errors.

If you actually need that app, then it would be best to uninstall it, then go to the developers website to download and install the latest available version of the app.

Select the Disable option and restart your PC to see if that resolves the popup errors on Startup.
