And The Microsoft store isn't here anymore

And all apps I had was deleted except for Microsoft Edge.

This all Happened since I Reset my laptop. And there's no PowerShell and all the files are empty.

Also this Laptop is in s mode windows 10 but I don't know how to get out of windows 10 s mode.

In S mode, browser setup like Brave would not work. To exit S mode, you need to have Microsoft Store.

Can you create a new local account and see if Store is present there?

I made a new Local account but it's still not here. It still shows the same results

I am afraid you would need to get a fresh copy of OS from the manufacturer that has Windows Store. If you use a non-S mode one, it would not activate.
