there was a by default outlook microsoft administrator account signed in in my VICTUS Laptop, unable to recover it. Please help...

and after clicking on sign in in settings it asks for windows hello...

I am able to log in to others devices and also to most sites on laptop, but sometimes the problem comes like:- when using microsoft edge the pop up slide of windows hello(3rd screenshot) minimum 2 times whenever I start microsoft edge
