The WINDOWS 10 blue-screen crash

My new Dell laptop came with W10 pre-installed...since I began using it, my laptop crashed with the blue screen and the frown emoji and the message (see attached).  Minimum 1x/day every single day.  I was on the phone with MS (and Dell) many times and tried several things, including re-install.  Nothing WORKED.  Here's many of the error messages:

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

KERNEL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTION

DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER

REFERENCE_BY_POINTER

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

DRIVER_NOT_UPLOADED_WITHOUT_CANCELLING_PENDING_OPERATIONS

WDF_VIOLATION

We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

Please follow our instructions for finding and uploading the files we need to help you fix your computer. They can be found here

Clipboard is just a space in memory, it does not have a physical location.

Once  it says it has copied put your cursor in a reply and click it till you see the blinking cursor then right click and paste.

These crashes were related to memory corruption (probably caused by a driver).

Please run these two tests to verify your memory and find which driver is causing the problem.  Please run verifier first.  You do not need to run memtest yet unless verifier does not find the cause, or you want to.

If you are over-clocking anything reset to default before running these tests.
In other words STOP!!!  If you do not know what this means you probably are not

1-Driver verifier (for complete directions see our wiki here)

2-Memtest. (You can read more about running memtest here)
